Description
Memory usage with the current buffer sizes can get needlessly big, especially when not running with the event manager. Might be nice to have a -s/--sequential option on nuiscomp which loads each sample, produces comparisons and then closes all TFiles/TTrees that it owns before the next sample is handled. This will be slow but nicer than having to run lots of separate card files on memory-limited machines.
