Consistent signaldefs

Description

Some signaldefs might still use the functions FitUtils::GetHMPDG_4Mom etc. These functions don't work and are deprecated in favour of the similar functions in FitWeight?. We should make sure no signaldefs still rely on this broken code, and phase it out.

A quick grep through suggests that these functions only show up in:
MINERvA/MINERvA_CC0pi_XSec_1DQ2_nu_proton.cxx
Utils/SignalDef?.cxx

Resolution: → fixed
Status: new → closed

Now all SignalDefs? use the FitEvent? functions. The same cannot be said for all parts of the code though...
