To validate NUISANCE v1r0 NEUT, NuWro, and GENIE were compared to all datasets implemented in NUISANCE. 

The document 'nuisance_v1r0_validation_280217.pdf' contains the entire collection of these plots.
The folder 'allplots' contains a single file for each individual comparison contained in the previous in pdf format.

The folder 'rootoutput' contains the root file outputs of NUISANCE for this validation study for more experienced users.
Inside each ROOT file is a series of data histograms (these end with '*_data') and corresponding MC histograms (contain '*_MC') that can be directly compared with one another in ROOT.


# Additional Notes
- Likelihoods for joint samples are not saved by default in v1r0. So these are 0.0 in the plots. This will be changed in v2r0!
- The value #sigma is the Integral() of the histogram in each case, it is not the 'width' integral and is therefore not actually a cross-section value. It is only there for use in comparing relative normalisation between the different generators.
